I got together with some friends earlier in the week for
craft night. Aubrey hosted it at her house, and I was so excited to finally be
able to see her “new” house. She got married in August and her husband already
owned a house, so it’s new to her. Thank goodness for gps on my phone or else
I wouldn’t have been able to find it in the dark, (or during the daytime either
actually). North Salt Lake is way foreign to me.
We made cute Valentine’s wreaths. It was Aubrey’s idea. All
we each had to bring was a yard of Valentine’s fabric and a Styrofoam wreath.
Since there were four of us ladies we ended up having 4 different fabric styles
to share- way better idea than having to buy 4+ different fabrics and doing
this craft on our own.
We cut the fabric into strips and then tied them onto the
Styrofoam wreath frame. Simple enough.
It’s always so nice to get together with friends and catch
up on life. Now I just have to think of what craft to do for our next girl’s
night.
