My cute “niece” turned one.
I can’t believe she is already a year old. I swear I was just meeting
her for the first time yesterday.
Claire is so sweet, and has the cutest personality.
Ang did such a good job for her birthday party. We had yummy
sandwiches, and she made the best
mini cupcakes, regular cupcakes, and birthday cake and ice cream. The mini
cupcakes were vanilla cake with 4 different homemade frostings: peanut butter,
graham cracker, snickerdoodle, and coconut. Delicious! I ate like a dozen of
them! Not kidding. But my reasoning was that like 10 mini cupcakes is
equivalent to one regular cupcake right? Pretty sure that’s the conversion. Oh
and I almost forgot, she also made the fanciest bear shaped sugar cookies too.
The birthday cake was awesome too. Mini roses on the outside in 4 different
shades of pink, with a cute fondant bear on top.
I definitely know who will be helping me with birthday
parties when we have kids.
