We went to Seven Peaks the other day with our friends Josh
and Chelsea and their little boy Balin.
We have a “pass of all passes” that gets us a season pass to the water
park (among other things). I hadn’t been to Seven Peaks since Junior High
probably (when it was called Raging Waters), and Mic had never been.
It wasn’t really a way hot/sunny day so that was nice.
We rented a double tube. The double tube was so fun with
Mic. I don’t remember going that fast down the slides when I’d been before.
Josh and Chelsea even took Balin down some of the slides. He
looked freaked out after the first ride, but soon he got used to the speed and
seemed to do well. I was super impressed, he’s only like a year and a half!
Mic, Josh, and Chelsea went down some crazy steep slide on a
mat, but I was too nervous to go, and gladly offered to stay behind and hold
Balin. I know I’ve done that slide before but I remember being freaked then.
We stayed a few hours, and had lunch, and got some much
needed sun.
Can’t wait to go again!
